I think the data from Japan has no bearing on FDA approval for US market. Because it is market specefic approval. Back to the trial stages, and doubt if the ARDS trial results will have any bearing because complete different trial scope and target endpoints. They [FDA] have set up the roadblock, but for how long.......another biotech hurdle race begins.
