Yep that post has been shared numerous times and people with a lot more respect around here (than a pretend share holder) figured out they have done the same multiple times this week to other companies looking for one to stick. There is nothing in it and there is no law suit, they are fishing.
as I pointed out before, fda followed protocol and shorters used it to catch the weak holders amongst us. Sorry you fall into that category.
