I made 300% on MSB. I sold when the FDA notes to ODAC were made public.

Whilst you are obnoxious I have to agree with some of the sentiment. There has been a cult of uprampers on here who have attempted to push MSB as a get rich quick scheme.

I have been abused by many. Especially for selling. What heresy.

The worst of the fervour was on the Overwhelming Efficacy for ARDS thread. What an echo chamber that was. I was attacked in there (in fact by @Wilba32) bought up my history of having sold. why? because I suggested the that DSMB would agree the trial was not failing.

I have been called this that and the other whilst trying to articulate how binary biotech can be. The aGVHD posed one of the most complex inflection points I have seen in my investment in biotech stocks.

I do think that there is a potential case for management to answer on the trial design for aGVHD and also how they can fail on a point of batch consistency.

The FDA made its most pointed comments on that and yes we have heard hours of talk of various biomarkers that indicate otherwise. But why has this become an issue after Phase 3 and and a failed BLA? Aren't these things sorted beforehand so that we don't spend $$$ on manufacturing build out that just won't cut it?

Don't get me wrong I am no fan of Cynata but the sell on their tech is one of the reasons for the CRL.

Wonder what Sharon Charles and Donna Skerritt think?
