Anyone who has invested in the US will tell you every time a stock has a sudden fall these equivalents of "ambulance chasing lawyers appear" seeking class actions. In 99.99% of the time their legal actions disappear without trace ... this will go absolutely nowhere, there will be no class action, its a beat-up looking for suckers.
