It's going to be very telling to see just how willing the FDA is to ALLOW MSB walk away from those kids.
MSB has a product they are willing to produce and supply to help these children (yes, at a profit). Only the FDA is preventing that.
What on Earth does it say about an agency (and a country) so heartless that it is willing to deny this treatment in these circumstances? It becomes even more egregious if the COVID ARDS trial is a success...where there is parallel RCT proof of efficacy and effectiveness in relation to cytokine storms.
At that point, FDA, take your "we aren't certain it's effective for children under 12 with AGVHD, run an RCT in adults/children" and shove it right up your date.
