Will SI be prepared to walk away ??.. I agree with the sentiments expressed @dplane / @MSB4/ @ ddwn regarding commercial realities of this unfortunate situation...the reason I raised it is because the more I listen to the press release from SI and Prof G ...the more I am convinced that SI in particular has decided (steely resolve?) that this IS the bottom line ... there will be no more aGVHD trials without pediatric approval...
In which case Bell Potter's Scenario 3 is not a likely outcome.
Fortunately Si has an extremely well credentialled and experienced Board to sound out on these issues ...they know where the pressure points are for the FDA in this situation and how to play them....
