There are already two large scale phase 3 trials underway testing Jakafi (yes,our nemisis) on COVID/ARDS patients who are ventilator dependent. My recollection is that readout is due in late September. One is sponsored by Incyte, the other by Novartis.This is highly relevant to MSB. Let's hope we get our overwhelming efficacy result way before then.
By the way, Incyte and Novartis are going full throttle at chronic GvHD also. I think they recently completed a phase 3 randomised trial for cGvHD Jakafi vs soc. I'll post some more info when I get time.
