think the SP is doing ok today, was expecting below $3, not justified of course, moderate selling turnover today, might look worse by end of day, hope not. some large parcels but not as much as a month ago. with many at 70-$200,000, still hopeful that people will one day understand the focus of MSB treatment. They are focusing on the worse hit of rare conditions.
