MSB Trading 2020 - a new dawn, page-9980

ok - things are settling down a bit now

So, if MSB followed MESO to $2.90 we would have had a drop of 14%
But, we are currently sitting at a 6% loss
So not too bad

The question for me is why such a large discrepancy between MSB and MESO equivalent?
This is not a simple exchange rate variance, it is a distinct difference of 8% - not small by any means!
I think it come down to the fact there are less MESO ADRs and therefore easier for the SP directions to be magnified.
Whereas, on the ASX it takes concerted efforts to move the SP significantly

The other thing to consider is, on the ASX, the Sharts have done their work and have stopped taking new positions.
The last 5 trading days it has been: 1,893; 500; 2,719; Zero and 169.
That's virtually zero when there are 586,586,780 shares issue

This funny/weird logic just does not compute:

• Covid-19 cases/ death up = bad for economy = bad for Mesoblast
• Vaccine developed = less cases/ deaths = good for economy = bad for Mesoblast

We now have buyers seeing value here and mopping up at this level.
Assuming the US futures behaves, my guess is that we've seen the low for the day and the SP will work from here to claim back some ground - in readiness for upcoming catalysts/ news
