If there are serious discussions going on in the background after the DSMB reviewed the 45% data, then I am not sure what you expect the company to announce ?
I agree that today being a third of the way into the month of November (10th) now exceeds 'early November' IMO but all I would say is it is a biotech and timelines are rarely achieved and you also need to recognise that Mesoblast is hardly in control of what is or isn't going on with the COVID-19 ARDS trial ?
I would also add if you have taken a punt on options based on the wording of "early November" in an announcement then that is yours to live with, the company didn't ask you to as you put it "place large bets on good news" - just sayin'
