While that's true of the broader market (slowly climbing the "wall of worry" on the way up, taking the elevator on the way down), I suspect MSB is kind of the opposite.
It slowly climbs down the stairs until the next big announcement, at which point it rapidly takes the elevator straight up. So one needs to simply hold the stock, otherwise you miss out on the sharp up-moves on announcements.
