Zeus I'm not sure where you're seeing your Morningstar estimate of $1.60, but for the last month or so it's shown MSB as a fair-value estimate of high $4's. The estimate as of 27/5 is $4.78 as an example.
I don't follow it specifically but it's always at the top of my Broker's platform so I note it when I check on MSB.
