@Mibart These shares with small LVRs are called bonus share. You get no LVR if you invest into them as a single stock. However, if its part of a portfolio which has atleast 5 shares with standard LVRs, you get access to that portfolio LVR of 40% or 35%. In other words, if you bundle it with CBA, NAB, CSL, WBC and SYD, you get 40% LVR. If you sell one of those shares with standard LVR, you will lose 40% LVR on your bonus shares.
Other thing to consider: If your investment into one of your porotfolio shares exceeds 75% of your total portfolio value, you lose LVR of your bonus shares (as if you have one share with 75% weight, standard LVR applies for all your portfolio shares).
CommSec always shows standard LVR, not Portfolio LVR.
