Thank you for your post. It appears that the share price is consolidating at the current price, pending any further news from a range of Phase 3 trials at various stages of completion. The outcome of these trials is currently unknown and there is much speculation regarding whether each of the trials will be deemed efficacious.

Also, I think others have asked similar questions to you and it may be worth researching any useful responses to questions asked by Cato and MilesCC
