Its so obvious its being accumulated, and testing sellers. The longer you leave it in a tight range the more likely certain people are to sell thinking it will drift down, or there is something wrong otherwise it would be higher, so they don't buy, they wait for lower. Not long now and we will push higher to a new range over $4
