Yes, Silviu. Thank you for the question, Louise. So as mentioned before, the study has started, and patients have been recruited. We're expecting, as noted before, the study to be completed in three to four months. We are carefully choosing the top medical centers and many of which are in hot spots around the country in North America, and we're recruiting up to 300 patients across 30 sites.

In terms of the interim analysis, the first interim analysis will be when 30% have completed the primary efficacy variable. That should take about two months or so. And at that point, depending on how many have completed, an independent board will be reviewing the data for substantial efficacy and utility. And at that point, if there's substantial efficacy, then they may recommend that the study stops.
