I understand what you are saying, but if I recall correctly, the Grunenthal deal included funding for a confirmatory trial in Europe.
I'm hopeful that the CHF trial will be so strong that approval will be granted subject to a confirmatory trial being conducted after the fact, but we can't be sure, can we.
