Remdesivir works, but it stops viral replication and needs to be given at the beginning of viral infection. The tricky part is giving the right dose at the right time. Remenstemcel-l modulates the inflammatory response and is given when the pts are further along in the disease process as I’m sure the results of this covid 19 phase 3 trial will show.
