I may be a newbie who has 100% invested in my smsf, but unlike most newbies, I keep an eye on any stock news, updates and the price on an almost hourly basis. Therefore as soon as any indicative value depreciative movements happen, I'm better prepared to quickly cut my losses and sell out.
Good luck with that strategy ?If an announcement came out pre trade that said the CHF trial failed dismally the price would 'gap down' ... no 'hourly' monitoring is going to prevent that instant loss ?
Perhaps think about your posts before you claim to profess how much better you are at trading than as you put it "most newbies" - just sayin'
