"Too many eggs in one basket"....I will give you a real experience, I, like you have a couple of investment property but I bough them in the same town, (not diversified) I talked about it to a friend that have a lot more properties, for advice. His reply was that he diversified, and some are not doing too well, then he said better to have one golden egg than several crappy one....
As for a company to warn for possible danger in investing in their share, they have to do so mostly by law....they cannot give financial advice...
I think that you understand the risk as opposed to the possible reward, I do...I am still here...try to make a plan in writing that cover the rocket and bungee experience !, put some limit...what ever you can think of...review once in a while...this should help you to stop your mind over working/thinking and doubting yourself...
