Like any good bidding war, if you have a tightly held stock and more than one willing serious buyer then it's game on! Maybe the Bell Potter lunch has stirred up a few with some funds to invest.
I reckon the large buyers have done some research (and like any good insto, the policy is to buy and then publish price targets) and @col69 you might be right about something else going on behind the scenes!
