Agreed, MSB promised to deliver in January and they should do so. My point was -and it’s speculation on my side- they may have filed but did not make an announcement in this respect. Why? Because this was embodied in the Jan. 2 announcement, so there is nothing further to add.
The upside in this is that the starting point of FDA’s 60 day deadline to approve priority review would be in January... so I hope I am right
By the way, I noticed that ASX rules regarding corporate announcements are stricter than those in the US.
An 8-K is required to announce major events relevant to shareholders. Businesses have four business days to file an 8-K for most specified items.
While it seems companies have to disclose promptly, as soon as the major event takes place, in Australia.
Anyway, it’s a minor point at this stage and certainly not a bone of contention
