Imo it's not so much that all the fed and central bank printing is so wise, it's just that it has a rather predictable effect on asset prices, as I'm sure you know.
I like to remind myself when looking at prices that there are two sides to that price. I.e. these assets (be it stocks, real estate, whatever) are always priced in something - dollars, Euro, i.e. fiat. So it may not so much be that the assets are worth more... maybe the currencies will be worth a lot less.
