The wash through.....shorts went up this last week .

Moved to number 34 on the list, jumping over PNV.
Cap Issue was around 7.5% of issued capital, no new sub holders...as apparently they are supposed to report within 2 biz days of becoming/ceasing. Volumes up from 4wk avg of 7.5million per day to trade at 13.5million + today. If the issue was to brokers...then churn and burn, would Bell Potter as underwriter borrow stock, yep sure, would new insto's borrow stock, take profits, dump and run...yep sure. As with alot of Cap raise issues there maybe alot of "wash through" to re-balance, take a stag profit or share the stock between the usual suspects. Its the market, proving to us all that which can fly can also sink. A 18% drop over 2 days while disconcerting may be having the desired effect. Who really knows what conclusion goes on with all the brokers, who knows if an alert to T/O is out there and time to drive the price down subject to favour. But if you have a reason to hold keep your conviction and possibly look to grab some if the discount continues. I feel I might just take another chunk around 3.20 if/when. All imo.
