That could portend the potential for another long term MSB revenue stream, noting for example, that influenza claimed 177 lives in South Australia in 2019 (Pop. 1.8mil).
Whilst influenza epidemiology cannot in any way, yet, be any guide to an endemic covid, were that to eventuate, there is nonetheless readily accessible data on global influenza annual cases/mortalities to model scale.
Given we are still in the 'novel' stage of Covid, endemic Covid is yet another aspect of the MSB story that has not, yet, garnered contemplation...
