Hey Lopez, 15 is a very interesting number of recruiting hospitals at six weeks from first reported recruitment (5May20).
Original 20 sites extended to 30 when n=240 became n=300. Fact that ONLY 15 recruiting surprises me greatly. Thought would have been closer (very close) to 30 in that time.
So onboarding of sites must be a more significant factor than patients in reaching first review of n=30% than I certainly imagined, especially given hospitalisations have been relative stable across the US over that period until the last 7-10 day spike in mainly south/south-eastern States.
May be other issues I would not be aware of, but goes some way to explain the lack of announcements this far in, something that has been contrary to what many of us expected, or more so, hoped...
Still each trading day is a trading day closer...
