The field is rapidly changing and evolving. The conclusion in the article certainly doesn't suggest MSB has an emergency on it's hands. Challenges? Maybe.
But a few points.
- As has already been stated by another poster the form of Ryoncil/remestemcell-L now being used is an improved version.
- The recommendations they've made are likely to already be on SI's radar.
- The financing for manufacturing scale up has only just occurred.
- The approval process is being fast tracked in the Covid-19 environment.
