I agree with LarryNic
If the trails are successful and Trump tweets about "Mesoblast", all interested parties including media and potential new share holders have positive background information on tweeter to help assist confirmation.
All speculation of course but the timing is on point before the trial announcements and dramatic rises in C19 cases.
