I am just referring to this phase 3, 300 patient trial ONLY. I am calling it as it is. You can't have it both ways and shout from the rooftops that 83% (10/12) survived when they are all given our treatment; yes of course in this scenario we want them all to survive.
If everyone survives (even those that just receive SOC) then FDA will NOT approve as there is no benefit. Its as simple as that.
