You may be misunderstanding what i am implying and/or saying.
Whether patients live or die I can't control and have nothing to do with. Hoping they live or die has no actual influence on the outcome.
I am saying that blinded trials we want to show that patients given rem-l has better probability to live than those who aren't on it. Which is the same thing as saying there are more patients that live when they are given rem-l compared to those that didn't.
Of course once we are approved we want 100% survival. And we want to then use that to find other treatments for other diseases and so on...
