It's likely / everyone is hoping that an interim look at the data will reveal the death rate is reduced, the hospitalization stay time is reduced and the general " health and fitness" level of the released is higher. Positive results in any of those 3 categories will be a good result.

Agreed, one of the side benefits of MSB trial will be some decent insight into the cohort group. How traditionally to treated patients fair at various endpoints. Data and stats to date have been rubbish and led to so much misinformation around ARDS and CoVID.
