You can't compare share price without including total amour of shares. MSB has aprox 584 million shares and CSL has approx 454 millions. MSB would be valued the same as CSL if/when the SP reaches $231.
This is not 100% correct since shares numbers were quickly calculated on the phone and I have not included the value of MESO on Nasdaq.
