Given MSB's share price history I personally can't see it going higher on its own without a significant announcement released (positive results, partnership, or successful Priority Review application) like its recent activity.
The market has a nasty track record in recent years of lowering the price following any announcements that aren't big ones, ie. their most recent one announcing complete application.
I don't see a retracement as too much of a problem as long as it doesnt fall all the way back to sub-$2. It wouldn't change what's coming this year and all the big announcements planned
