Growth of MSC’s
my rough calculations.....
100 kg person requires 100 million cells/dose
6 weeks to get 100 million cells
Split 1:10 seed flask then approximately 3 days to get confluence, end up with
10 lots of 100 million cells
each lot is one patient dose
Repeat
At
6 days 100 lots of 100 million cells
9 days 1000 lots of 100 million cells
12 days 10,000 lots of 100 million cells
15 days 100,000 lots of 100 million cells
18 days 1 million lots of 100 million cells
21 days 10 million lots of 100 million cells
Etc
Kind of like when the share price goes exponential... hehe
