I would strongly suggest that you have a more diversified portfolio. Despite what most of us here hope and expect, there is still a risk that MSB could perform very poorly if most trials fail.
Essentially you should forget about what price you bought in as that is a sunk cost. If you think it'll go down in short term, sell a bit and then buy it back when the price is lower, and vice versa.
