Opinions aren't always facts, so let's see your data because you are wrong on both counts.
Whenever someone starts blaming "manipulation" as the reason for a falling share price, it's a sure sign that they have bought at higher levels and are now looking to blame others for their own bad decisions.
By the way, accusing someone of unethical or illegal behaviour is not considered discussion.
Once again you have no facts or evidence. If you do, let's see it, or better still take it to the authorities so those responsible can be dealt with.
