Trying to get my head around the announcement and the almost 10% rise to the SP. I was of the understanding that were already waiting for approval for MSB's Biologics License Application (BLA) for approval of RYONCILTM (remestemcel-L) for the treatment of steroid-refractory acute graft versus host disease (SR-aGVHD).
So when I saw the price sensitive announcement I thought we were looking at an FDA approval, and all we got was a date for a committee to review data supporting our application, which will then passed onto the FDA.
So whats changed? why the 10% rise? am I missing something?
