@Tibbs further to @Tunnah how does it work this hedging.
Suppose you have 100 shares at $1
You want to hedge 80% you short at $1.20, how many Short positions do you buy?
Now the shares gone up to $2.
Do you hold your shorts or close them?
When SP goes to $3? What do you do?
Please explain!
