Thank you Ryan. This is a bit of a lightbulb moment which you have gifted to me. I have given you a lightbulb in return.
My only reservations are my age, almost 68 and my husband is 74.
In 10 years, we could be clapped out or worse still have carked it.
If things go as hoped, I am now wondering (I assume you have no crystal ball) how long it would be before dividends are paid and would they be a reasonably substantial amount in say 4-5 years.
But I now understand the principle of NOT SELLING your shares so long as nothing negative which can be foreseen appears on the horizon.
