Yep that's the type of shenanigans I am alerted to...these dark pools and side deals really have ya wondering sometimes....it could be a negotiated "short" sell settled or a swap between con [sorry] brokers. But last time was a definite short sell and the rug got pulled out all the way down to 3.09 from abouts 4.14. Wary.
