Can you provide the details of who at Hotcopper we can complain to about the moderator?

As a business Hotcopper is only as good as its members & their contributions, and currently the moderator is letting the quality of this forum go to s..t.

What's interesting about you is that they clearly don't know their own rules and to use the 'breaches TOU' without even reading/knowing what they state then you shouldn't be doing the role.

There is no recourse to dispute their 'ruling'. I'd read the post before you moderated and there was nothing wrong with it.

9. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
10. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
11. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, ASIC, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the Australian Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
12. harass another member; or
13. collect or store personal data about other users.
