We opened up the year at $2.10. The markets have been savaged, and MSB is still above $2. If we go into GFC levels of market declines, I could foresee a bottom of $1.64 (low at 21/10/2019, dip pre-grunenthal annc), and with further dissapointing MSB specific news in conjunction with this, yes I would say $1.30 or less is possible. Nobody has a crystal ball though...
