We are being paid for on balance sheet loans - ZERO Cash out.
And zero cash in from Cymerus. Which is the only asset there. Rented.
What a pity the funds contributed by CYP investors for Cymerus development wasn't loaned to MSB instead of CYP directors to exercise 5 mill. in the money options. 40c per option for shares then at $1.20. You could have charged MSB 10% and made both parties happy.
Silly old MSB only has income of multi millions, and increasing, from sales of Temcell. But then, MSB is a stem cell development company, not a private bank. But that's what the owners here want.
