    There is no straight forward answer to your question as NPV is a rather complex valuation method used and the key element is the discount rate to be used. Setting the discount rate is not easy as you need to involve an array of factors that have to be taken into account, including your company's equity, debt and inventory. Doing it right, however, is key to understanding the future works of your company compared to its value now, ultimately bridging the gap.
    I must admit that I have not used this methodology in the past as the assumptions made can be subjective and the risk of error is high.In the case of MSB, I would like to see the financial reports of at least 3 years after its progress to commercialisation of at least two products, which will give me the confidence to apply suitable discount rates based on real historical data and then making calculated assumptions for future products which are in the pipeline and then making valuations accordingly.
