The human in us will notice the change in the patients. It will be a welcomed sight to those working in ICU's and it will get out. I suspect someone that was dosed yesterday is today coming good and on a path to removal from ventilator. They won't believe their eyes, a P.0000001 without a calculator.
I note SI confident words, words he doesn't normally use. I hope he has told Lonza to go into 24/7 manufacturing kind of confidence. In any event we will use them in aGVHD.
I do think it will take a bit longer than most here are predicting. We cant just walk into the hospital and dose everyone and leave in an hour. We need them fresh onto a Ventilator 72hr, not 10 days...we cant help those. So it will take a bit longer, especially hospitals outside the hot zones.
We do need data to inform the payers and treatment of care. So lets not stop it too early. If it works a few more weeks wont hurt, as it is successful already. I suspect Si has had a hand in telling the DMC not to pull it too early.
