I understand COVID is putting us on the global stage and it’s not the be all and end all for the company but let’s be honest this 300 patient, fully funded trial is an unbelievable opportunity to show the world what we can do and fast track applications that would’ve been years away under normal circumstances. I can’t see how this trial won’t be a screaming success. Just my opinion. I think the million dollar question is when will we all know?
Reading the views and reports posted from those I respect, the general consensus is; enrolment shouldn’t be an issue and I think most people on here would agree the trial is already underway. If the readouts at 30% completion show overwhelming efficacy, we’d be looking at an FDA approval of say mid-June. It’s hard to know for sure.
After sifting through mountains of posts and information, the one thing I can’t get away from is Dr Osman’s comments (CBS News) about the Rem-L treatment when administering the stem cells in the 12 patient trial at Mt Sinai. “What we saw from the very first patient was that within 4 hours of getting the cells a lot of their parameters started to get better”. Imagine being on the frontline in these hospitals, faced with death and despair 24/7 for weeks on end. Shocking. Incomprehensible. Now imagine seeing a change in a patient’s vital signs just hours after administering a treatment. Would surely provoke a little water cooler side-eye. How could you not discuss this with your peers? These responses and reactions are happening NOW, as I type. Not saying it will happen but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if there were leaks, tweets, etc. Maybe the Orange One will get wind of it. I’m sure Fauci will have his ear close to the ground. It’s hard to know for sure.
IMO, you’d have to have massive cahunas or be a little short on grey matter to be shorting this stock at the moment. Anything could happen, anyday. And I hope those pack of stinkers get what’s coming to them. Go MESO! Go LTSH!
