No one will ignore positive phase 3 results.
The hurdle is that phase 3 trials is traditionally where stem cell therapies fail to show significant benefit, despite having promising phase 1 and 2 results. Just look at the literature to see for yourself.
So wait and see, if these results are good people won't ignore it. There's no big conspiracy.
