MSB was available on the US over the counter (OTC) market before 2011. It was listed as MBLTY which equaled 5 MSB shares. I personally purchased 100 shares of MBLTY at $50 US per share. I later came to understand the time required for FDA approval, and sold at a loss. I have bought back in, and now own a comfortable number of shares of MESO.
A word of warning to US investors:
Some recent purchasers of MESO may not be aware that they will be charged an ADR handling fee by the bank that issues the MESO ADR. I recomend that they check with their broker. In my case I paid about 5 cents/ADRshare on January 10th. Years ago I considered buying MSB instead of MBLTY, but the Australian brokers wanted more than US$100 to handle each purchase.
