I'll be clearer, what are the normal costs that Big Biopharma spend to get one idea to the end of a Phase 3 trial, versus what Mesoblast has spent for 3? That would seem to be a fairly important answer for your credibility if you actually believe $500m is an over spend to get 3 to that point.
And how much do Big Pharma spend to get a cellular medicine candidate to the end of Phase 3 in the USA?
