i have previously posed a question wrt to braodband. from those responses, i determined that broadband was the way to go. i came across a business (sonet), which provides unlimited downloads for about $65 per month. from the following site - ie http://bc.whirlpool.net.au/bc-isp.cfm?id=225 however, it appears that their is a charge for "uploads". i am a bit confused, because it also seems that there is a flat fee, with no excess charges
